Shipping

We post to anywhere in Australia via Australia Post. Please contact us for international shipping enquiries.

Standard regular delivery is free for purchases over $100 except during storewide promotions.  For purchases under $100 the delivery fee is $10 for regular or $15 for express delivery.

 

We aim to send out your goods the same business day where possible. If you need your order delivered urgently, we would suggest selecting the express option.

Damage or loss in transit is rare (we're yet to lose a parcel!) however if this occurs we will make every effort to resolve the situation.

Please call the Sydney Street team at (08) 8465 6600 to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived.

 

Exchanges

If your item is unsuitable we are happy to exchange it for you. We understand that sometimes it can take a couple of attempts to find that perfect item.

We would rather you exchange the item than not be 100% satisfied with your Sydney Street purchase. The return postage to us is your responsibility, however we will gladly cover the postage back to you on any exchanged item.

Returns

We have a 30-Day returns policy on all full price stock at Sydney Street.  Sale items can be exchanged only.

When returning an item, we ask that the garment has not been worn or washed, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting. If concerned, please return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we are unable to take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
