Returns & Refund Policy

This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items purchased from Sydney Street:

  1. 30-Day Returns Policy: Customers have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to return full-price items. Sale items, however, are eligible for exchange only, suggesting that refunds may not be offered for sale items.

  2. Condition of Returned Items: When returning an item, it must meet certain criteria:

    • The garment must not have been worn or washed.
    • All labels originally attached to the garment must still be in place.
    • Customers are expected to take care to protect the garment when packaging it for return.
  3. Shipping Recommendations: The policy recommends returning goods via registered mail. This is to ensure the safety of the items during transit. It's emphasized that the store cannot be held responsible for any items lost during the return shipping process.

  4. Initiating a Return: Customers who wish to arrange a return are instructed to contact Sydney Street. Presumably, this is to initiate the return process and receive further instructions on how to return the item.

  5. Exchanges: If your item is unsuitable we are happy to exchange it for you. We understand that sometimes it can take a couple of attempts to find that perfect item. We would rather you exchange the item than not be 100% satisfied with your Sydney Street purchase.
