We value your order and aim to have your goods reach you asap.We post to anywhere in Australia FOC via Express Australia Post delivery for orders over $150 or a flat rate of $14.99 for orders under $150 & try to send out your goods the same business day where possible. We aim to have your order to you within 2 business days – to a capital city and it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.
Damage or loss in transit is rare (we have never lost a parcel yet) however if it happens we will make every effort to resolve the situation. Please call Kate ph (08) 84656600 to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived.
Items out of stock - on rare occasions another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you asap that we unable to deliver the goods in our normal time frame. If it is an item that we are unable to re-order – we will offer you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting, exchanging the item, or receiving a refund.
If your item does not fit you we are happy to exchange it for you. We understand that sometimes the colour or fit of a garment is not quite right and sometimes it can take a couple of attempts to find that perfect item.
We would rather you exchange the item than not be 100% satisfied with your Sydney Street purchase. The return postage to us is your responsibility, however we will gladly cover the postage back to you on any exchanged item.

At Sydney Street returns are no trouble at all. Buying fashion online is fantastic but doesn’t give you the opportunity to try things on first, and sometimes items just don’t fit quite right. We would rather refund your money than have you not 100% satisfied with our products.

When returning an item, we ask that the garment has not been worn or washed, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting. If concerned, please return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we are unable to take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
